Innovation at the service of health
Reval-Colour
Two large lights are integrated into our bathtubs, and produce a warm light that provides mental and emotional relief to the patient. The characteristics of coloured light are known to balance the mind and help maintain and restore health. This practice, based on simple biological and physiological principles, corresponds to the nature of light and visual perception. The use of coloured light is particularly recommended in the following cases: mood swings, low energy and fatigue, depression, anxiety, irregular waking and sleep cycles, obesity, fragile immune systems, personality and attention disorders.
Reval-Hydro
Bubbling baths with air heaters (to avoid any sensation of cold and maintain constant temperatures). Twelve jets located throughout the floor of the bathtub massage the patient, and can be controlled to preference. They have a direct effect on the patient’s emotional state, blood pressure and blood flow, and allow for muscle stimulation of partially or completely disabled persons. In complete harmony with the concepts of Snoezelen, Reval-Hydro, as well as Reval-Aroma and Reval-Colour systems, are ways to help disabled people experience pleasure and interact with the outside world. They have been proven to be of great benefit to those suffering from mental handicaps and behavioural disorders, or from autism, multiple disabilities, and to the visually-, hearing- and speech-impaired.
Reval-Aroma
Is used to heal many kinds of ailments (chronic cough, headaches, sinus infections, asthma, digestive problems, insomnia, fatigue, among others), to disinfect (cleanliness of interior spaces) or to help patients relax. Essential oils also have beneficial psychological effects and help eliminate anxiety.
Reval-Music
Today the treatment of persons with diminishing autonomy often recurs to music. In addition, persons suffering from serious psychological problems respond very well to musical stimuli, and aggressive behaviour is often resolved through this kind of treatment. For patients with mental disabilities, music has been demonstrated to increase awareness and to possess healing qualities.
